The Communication and Inclusion Expert will design and manage all internal and external communication activities while ensuring rights-based inclusive practices are integrated across the project. The role combines donor-focused visibility work with field-level advocacy, policy engagement, and capacity building to support marginalized farmers, women-headed households, and persons with disabilities in Oromia.
Responsibilities
- Lead project communication strategy and donor visibility
- Produce high-quality reports and visibility products
- Manage media relations and social media channels
- Advocate for inclusive policies with government and stakeholders
- Conduct accessibility audits and oversee engineering adjustments
- Design and deliver training on disability-inclusive development
