Support senior training coordinators in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across various formats—including classroom, online, and e-learning—while collecting data on effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior training coordinators in creating and implementing training programs based on identified needs
- Collect data on participant satisfaction and retention rates to measure program effectiveness
- Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, workbooks, and presentations
- Design and develop computer-based training using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter
- Record and transcribe training sessions and provide feedback to trainers
- Conduct surveys to determine customers’ training needs in specific job functions
- Deliver training programs via classroom instruction, online learning, or e-learning methods
