About the Role

Supports planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs by coordinating activities, collecting data, developing materials, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs
  • Assist in measuring training effectiveness through data collection
  • Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals and presentations
  • Create computer-based training using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter
  • Record and transcribe sessions, provide feedback to trainers
