Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs
- Assist in measuring training effectiveness through data collection
- Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals and presentations
- Create computer-based training using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter
- Record and transcribe sessions, provide feedback to trainers
- Conduct surveys to assess training needs
