The Junior Customer Service Officer will deliver training information, manage customer interactions across multiple channels, maintain records, and support IBOs while ensuring a professional and confidential service environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide training package information to customers via phone, Telegram, or in person
- Manage day-to-day customer service counter and call centre operations
- Prepare meeting spaces for IBOs
- Maintain a positive public image of the company
- Handle difficult customer situations calmly
- Log customer requests into the system and follow up
- Ensure confidentiality
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and general office duties
- Report service delivery issues to supervisor
- Carry out additional duties as directed
