About the Role

The Junior Customer Service Officer will deliver training information, manage customer interactions across multiple channels, maintain records, and support IBOs while ensuring a professional and confidential service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training package information to customers via phone, Telegram, or in person
  • Manage day-to-day customer service counter and call centre operations
  • Prepare meeting spaces for IBOs
  • Maintain a positive public image of the company
  • Handle difficult customer situations calmly
  • Log customer requests into the system and follow up
  • Ensure confidentiality
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and general office duties
  • Report service delivery issues to supervisor
  • Carry out additional duties as directed
