Responsibilities
- Provide training package information to customers via phone, Telegram, and in person
- Operate customer service counter and call centre efficiently
- Prepare meeting space for IBOs
- Maintain positive company image
- Handle difficult customer situations calmly
- Log customer requests into the system and follow up
- Ensure confidentiality of all dealings
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and general office duties
- Report service delivery issues to supervisor
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management
