About the Role

Support customers by delivering training package details and handling inquiries through multiple channels while maintaining a positive company image and efficient service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training package information to customers via phone, Telegram, and in person
  • Operate customer service counter and call centre efficiently
  • Prepare meeting space for IBOs
  • Maintain positive company image
  • Handle difficult customer situations calmly
  • Log customer requests into the system and follow up
  • Ensure confidentiality of all dealings
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and general office duties
  • Report service delivery issues to supervisor
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by management
