About the Role

Responsible for overseeing all collection and disbursement functions, ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance with tax regulations, and effective team management within a finance-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control overall collection and disbursement activities
• Supervise E-pin generation, distribution, sales collection and follow-up
• Verify accuracy of commission payments, vouchers, checks and cash payment vouchers
• Ensure proper tax calculations and timely government remittances
• Confirm budget coverage and approvals for payment transactions
• Prepare payroll and transfer payment vouchers to General Accounts Division
• Follow up on timely transfers, petty cash replenishment and per diem settlements
• Coach, mentor and support employees in the unit
• Perform additional related activities as assigned
