Lead the engineering and maintenance operations of Kuriftu Resort’s facilities, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable performance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and water park systems while managing teams, schedules, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance team
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for resort facilities and equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and utility systems
- Manage water park operations, swimming pool systems, water treatment facilities and related equipment
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate renovation projects and facility improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets and inventory records
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and minimize operational disruptions
