About the Role

The Finance And Administration Officer manages the school’s financial operations and office administration, providing accurate reporting, budgeting support, compliance oversight, and efficient day‑to‑day administrative coordination to enable smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Coordinate administrative activities for efficient office operations
  • Monitor expenses and recommend cost‑saving measures
  • Support procurement, asset management, and inventory control
  • Prepare periodic financial and administrative reports
