Farm Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Coordinate and supervise agricultural activities across all company farms to ensure standardized best practices, optimal resource allocation, and a consistent supply of high-quality raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all farm activities including planting, cultivation, harvesting and maintenance
• Monitor operations against plans, analyze performance data and implement corrective actions
• Develop annual and seasonal production plans with budgets and resource requirements
• Ensure consistent implementation of best practices and pest/disease management strategies
• Prepare consolidated reports on production, resources and operational performance
• Maintain relationships with out-growers, suppliers and government agencies
