About the Role

The Coffee Farms Coordinator will manage and monitor coffee farm operations across multiple locations, ensuring optimal use of resources, adherence to quality standards, and effective coordination among farm managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee agricultural activities across all coffee farms
• Monitor farm operations against established plans & schedules
• Collaborate with farm managers to develop annual and seasonal production plans
• Allocate and utilize agricultural inputs and labor efficiently
• Ensure consistent application of best agricultural practices and pest management
• Prepare consolidated reports on production, resource utilization, and performance metrics
• Build relationships with suppliers, service providers, and government agencies
