About the Role

The Associate Customer Service Officer manages sample registration, handles customer inquiries, issues testing results, promotes laboratory services, and supports both internal teams and external clients to ensure high-quality customer service in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and register samples for testing and analysis
  • Ensure proper coding and forwarding of samples
  • Track customer order status and resolve delays or complaints
  • Issue test results, certification and inspection reports to customers
  • Respond professionally to customer enquiries
  • Promote company services to potential and current customers
  • Provide technical support to marketing and sales staff
  • Maintain transparent relationships with customers based on contracts
  • Coordinate branch office activities
  • Coach junior customer service officers
  • Prepare periodic activity reports
