The Associate Customer Service Officer manages sample registration, handles customer inquiries, issues testing results, promotes laboratory services, and supports both internal teams and external clients to ensure high-quality customer service in a laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive and register samples for testing and analysis
- Ensure proper coding and forwarding of samples
- Track customer order status and resolve delays or complaints
- Issue test results, certification and inspection reports to customers
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries
- Promote company services to potential and current customers
- Provide technical support to marketing and sales staff
- Maintain transparent relationships with customers based on contracts
- Coordinate branch office activities
- Coach junior customer service officers
- Prepare periodic activity reports
