The Program Coordinator will design, execute, and monitor community programs for the organization, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and organizational goals while coordinating stakeholders and managing resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee community programs and charitable initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure successful program implementation
- Coordinate with stakeholders, beneficiaries, volunteers, and partner organizations
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare periodic reports
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and project objectives
