About the Role

Provide expert UI/UX redesign and API integration services for the Telebirr ecosystem, ensuring seamless micro‑insurance product delivery and robust backend scalability.

Responsibilities

Redesign UI/UX of Telebirr mini‑app flows
Conduct UX research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping for low‑income users
Design One‑Click enrollment experience with opt‑out pathways
Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Deliver production‑ready design assets
Integrate third‑party APIs across payment gateways and Telebirr
Stress‑test API integration to achieve 99.9% uptime
Implement Auto‑Opt‑In logic, renewal, payments, SMS workflows
Migrate backend architecture to scalable cloud infrastructure
Conduct integration testing, document solutions, provide go‑live support
