Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer orders and capacity
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure schedule adherence
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and production departments for workflow
- Track raw material requirements and avoid shortages
- Monitor work-in-progress and finished goods inventory levels
- Analyze performance to identify bottlenecks or delays
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
