About the Role

Provide executive-level administrative support while managing cashier and petty cash functions, ensuring accurate financial record‑keeping and confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and office records
  • Receive visitors and facilitate communication between departments
  • Record and issue receipts for cash payments
  • Maintain petty cash transactions and accurate cash records
  • Prepare daily cash collection reports and submit to finance
  • Deposit cash and cheques per company procedures
  • Document all cash transactions properly
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
