Provide executive-level administrative support while managing cashier and petty cash functions, ensuring accurate financial record‑keeping and confidential handling of information.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Organize and maintain filing systems and office records
- Receive visitors and facilitate communication between departments
- Record and issue receipts for cash payments
- Maintain petty cash transactions and accurate cash records
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and submit to finance
- Deposit cash and cheques per company procedures
- Document all cash transactions properly
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
