Oversee manufacturing operations of WPC and furniture products, driving productivity, quality, and team performance while ensuring safety and coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production activities to meet output targets
- Develop and maintain production schedules ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Monitor production performance and implement solutions to improve productivity
- Lead and develop production supervisors and operators
- Establish KPIs and monitor team performance
- Ensure product quality standards are met in collaboration with Quality Control
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Sales teams for material availability
- Prepare regular production reports for management
- Promote workplace safety and compliance
