The Junior Operator supports production line operations by performing machine start-up, monitoring process parameters, maintaining equipment hygiene, recording data, and contributing to safety and environmental compliance within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with machine start-up, shutdown, cleaning and changeover operations
- Monitor basic process parameters and report deviations
- Support material handling including loading/unloading of raw materials
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks
- Accurately record and report production and quality data
- Contribute to waste segregation, reduction, and recycling initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with 5S standards
