CMMS Database Officer

About the Role

The CMMS Database Officer analyzes parts and asset data, recommends system improvements, manages reporting and database procedures, and ensures the CMMS functions optimally across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular data analysis on parts/assets
• Recommend software enhancements and process changes
• Develop and provide relevant reports to facility leadership
• Ensure system, software, training, and reports function with current versions
• Participate in CMMS training and stay updated on software changes
• Integrate feedback from sites MM and confirm new settings for RFQ creation
• Manage standards/procedures for entering facility-wide information
• Set stock level controls and reorder levels
• Report issues related to integrated management systems
