Responsibilities
- Oversee non-clinical operations such as reception, cashiers, documentation, facility upkeep, logistics and customer support
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate administrative staff
- Ensure a premium patient journey and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain compliance with Ministry of Health and other regulations
- Coordinate external service providers and manage inventory and procurement
- Provide regular operational updates to executive management
