About the Role

Oversee daily operations and academic activities of the kindergarten section, leading teachers and support staff while ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment and effective parent communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise kindergarten teachers and support staff
  • Ensure implementation of age‑appropriate learning programs and activities
  • Monitor children’s development, safety, and well‑being
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
  • Organize school events, meetings, and staff development activities
  • Ensure classrooms and facilities are safe, clean, and child‑friendly
  • Prepare reports and maintain administrative records
  • Support curriculum planning and classroom observation
