Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise kindergarten teachers and support staff
- Ensure implementation of age‑appropriate learning programs and activities
- Monitor children’s development, safety, and well‑being
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
- Organize school events, meetings, and staff development activities
- Ensure classrooms and facilities are safe, clean, and child‑friendly
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative records
- Support curriculum planning and classroom observation
