About the Role

This role focuses on creating and qualifying sales opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and supporting the Marketing Manager by scheduling qualified meetings while maintaining CRM data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound/inbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and buying intent
  • Schedule meetings for the Marketing Manager
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Meet daily activity targets and monthly SQL/meeting goals
  • Follow scripts and qualification frameworks
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality
  • Assist visiting guests and facilitate service acquisition
