- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound/inbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and buying intent
- Schedule meetings for the Marketing Manager
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet daily activity targets and monthly SQL/meeting goals
- Follow scripts and qualification frameworks
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality
- Assist visiting guests and facilitate service acquisition
