About the Role

Lead the company’s sales efforts by creating strategies, managing a team, expanding market presence, and ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Prepare and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
