Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of finished goods and empty packages
- Develop and enforce Master Sanitation Schedules for plant, equipment, cold storage, and warehouse
- Serve as technical focal point for public health inspections by EFDA and local bureaus
- Monitor CIP/COP procedures ensuring correct chemical use
- Inspect factory water quality and manage industrial dairy waste disposal
- Oversee integrated pest management program
- Coordinate staff medical check-ups and GMP training
