Responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, data, and factory applications while providing technical support and implementing security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other ICT hardware
- Manage LAN, internet connectivity, and internal communication systems
- Provide technical support and training on ICT systems, software, and security best practices
- Monitor factory software such as inventory, ERP, finance, and production tools
- Implement data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues
- Maintain inventory of ICT equipment and software licenses
- Assist in selecting and integrating new systems and technology upgrades
- Ensure cyber security measures are updated
- Support office automation, email, CCTV, biometric systems
