About the Role

The role leads the company's human resources function, advising senior leadership on talent strategy, compliance, budgeting, and policy enforcement while overseeing recruitment, development, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR advisor to Executive Team and Board
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company goals
  • Define and manage HR department structure, goals, metrics
  • Control entire HR budget and report forecasts
  • Ensure fiscally responsible compensation practices
  • Establish and enforce HR policies compliant with labor laws
  • Handle escalated legal/regulatory matters
  • Maintain official HR documentation
  • Lead recruitment strategy
  • Develop performance appraisal and succession planning programs
  • Administer benefit programs and vendor management
