The HR & Admin Assistant supports daily Human Resources operations, managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll data, and performance management to ensure smooth HR functions within the manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including posting vacancies, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews and preparing interview documents
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data
- Track employee leave, attendance, and probation periods
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
- Support performance management, training coordination, and staff development activities
- Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with disciplinary processes and documentation under supervision
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
