About the Role

The HR & Admin Assistant supports daily Human Resources operations, managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll data, and performance management to ensure smooth HR functions within the manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting vacancies, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews and preparing interview documents
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Track employee leave, attendance, and probation periods
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Support performance management, training coordination, and staff development activities
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist with disciplinary processes and documentation under supervision
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
