About the Role

The Cashier will manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, support billing, and provide excellent customer service within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive payments from patients and clients via cash, credit, or other forms
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer records and reconcile balances at shift end
  • Prepare daily cash reports for the finance department
  • Ensure secure and confidential financial transactions
  • Assist in billing and invoicing processes when required
  • Respond to patient and customer inquiries professionally
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned
