The Site Quality Control Head leads the winery’s quality assurance team, overseeing laboratory testing, regulatory compliance, and process improvements to ensure safe, high‑quality wine production.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality Control team
- Ensure accurate, timely quality results across all production stages
- Manage laboratory operations and equipment
- Collaborate with Production and Cellar teams for continuous improvement
- Use data to support decision‑making
- Maintain audit readiness and comply with ISO 22000/HACCP
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
