The role develops and enhances sales capabilities across the organization, driving talent acquisition, onboarding, and continuous improvement of sales processes to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve sales capability programs aligned with commercial strategy
- Build competencies via learning initiatives, coaching frameworks, and performance support tools
- Support identification, development, and retention of high‑potential sales talent
- Implement and refine the company’s sales way, tools, templates, and processes
- Ensure consistent adoption of best practices across all channels
- Collaborate with leadership to embed performance management and accountability standards
- Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of exceptional sales talent in partnership with HR
- Develop and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires
- Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations)
- Build relationships with external partners, consultants, and training providers
- Enable growth through coaching, mentoring, and feedback mechanisms
- Monitor effectiveness using KPIs and performance metrics
- Identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions
