Responsibilities
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation programs across winery operations
- Guide sanitation personnel in daily cleaning activities
- Conduct inspections to identify hygiene risks
- Ensure proper cleaning of fermentation tanks and equipment
- Analyze microbiological data for effectiveness of sanitation
- Coordinate pest management controls
- Manage storage and use of sanitation chemicals
- Support GHP, GMP, HACCP implementation
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Develop hygiene awareness programs
- Maintain accurate sanitation records and reports
