Senior Architect

About the Role

Lead the full lifecycle of architectural design for infrastructure projects, coordinating with engineering teams, supervising construction, ensuring code compliance, and mentoring staff while applying BIM practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design stage
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams for integrated project delivery
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design‑related issues during project execution
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review sessions
• Mentor junior architects and support the technical development of the design team
• Apply BIM processes and standards throughout project implementation
