About the Role

Lead on-site construction supervision for civil engineering projects, ensuring design compliance, quality standards, and contractual obligations while coordinating with head office and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for constructability
• Recommend design modifications
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and contract records
• Certify surveying data
• Document daily site progress
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate site visits
• Issue field instructions and change notices
• Certify contractor work programs
• Monitor construction sequence and schedule compliance
• Process contractor payment applications
• Enforce health and safety requirements
• Supervise site supervisors
• Advise contractors on improvements
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures
• Approve permits and inspection certificates
• Manage contract changes
