About the Role

Lead architectural design from concept to detailed execution while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, supervising construction, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design stage
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams for integrated delivery
• Supervise construction works ensuring compliance with design intent and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during execution
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and client requirements
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals
• Participate in client meetings and design review sessions
• Mentor junior architects and support technical development of the team
• Apply BIM processes and standards throughout project implementation
