About the Role

Supports financial management and accounting at APCfC’s Mega Field Office, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, timely reporting, and compliance with donor and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions
  • Prepare payment vouchers and verify supporting documents
  • Manage petty cash operations and bank transactions
  • Track expenditures against approved budgets and analyze variances
  • Assist in monthly and periodic financial reporting
  • Support compliance with donor reporting requirements
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate closely with program and procurement teams
