Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions
- Prepare payment vouchers and verify supporting documents
- Manage petty cash operations and bank transactions
- Track expenditure against approved budgets and analyze variances
- Assist in monthly and periodic financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory, donor, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with program and procurement teams to ensure proper documentation
