About the Role

Support financial management and accounting operations at APCfC’s Mega Field Office by maintaining accurate records, managing cash and bank transactions, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with program teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions
  • Prepare payment vouchers and verify supporting documents
  • Manage petty cash operations and bank transactions
  • Track expenditure against approved budgets and analyze variances
  • Assist in monthly and periodic financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, donor, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with program and procurement teams to ensure proper documentation
