The Product Portfolio & Customer Success Manager will oversee Ashewa’s digital product lineup while ensuring exceptional customer experience, driving adoption, and maximizing long-term value through strategic portfolio management and proactive client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor product portfolio performance
- Develop product portfolio strategies aligned with company objectives
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, usage trends, and market opportunities
- Coordinate product lifecycle activities including launch, adoption, optimization, and scaling
- Identify opportunities for new product enhancements and integrations
- Build strong long-term relationships with enterprise and retail customers
- Lead onboarding and customer adoption initiatives
- Develop customer success plans to improve retention, engagement, and satisfaction
- Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively
- Handle escalations and coordinate timely resolution of issues
- Conduct regular customer business reviews and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams for cross-functional alignment
- Track KPIs related to customer satisfaction, churn, product adoption, portfolio growth, and revenue impact
