About the Role

The Product Portfolio & Customer Success Manager will oversee Ashewa’s digital product lineup while ensuring exceptional customer experience, driving adoption, and maximizing long-term value through strategic portfolio management and proactive client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor product portfolio performance
  • Develop product portfolio strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, usage trends, and market opportunities
  • Coordinate product lifecycle activities including launch, adoption, optimization, and scaling
  • Identify opportunities for new product enhancements and integrations
  • Build strong long-term relationships with enterprise and retail customers
  • Lead onboarding and customer adoption initiatives
  • Develop customer success plans to improve retention, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively
  • Handle escalations and coordinate timely resolution of issues
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews and feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams for cross-functional alignment
