Responsibilities
- Draft and manage contracts, MoUs, NDAs, SLAs, vendor agreements
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian laws and company policies
- Monitor contract lifecycle and maintain repositories
- Provide legal advice to management
- Coordinate registrations, licenses, permits
- Handle dispute documentation and liaise with external lawyers
- Prepare board resolutions and corporate documents
- Support HR, Finance, Procurement on legal matters
