About the Role

The role manages all legal affairs, contracts, compliance obligations, and corporate documentation for the company, ensuring regulatory adherence and mitigating contractual risks.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage contracts, MoUs, NDAs, SLAs, vendor agreements
  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian laws and company policies
  • Monitor contract lifecycle and maintain repositories
  • Provide legal advice to management
  • Coordinate registrations, licenses, permits
  • Handle dispute documentation and liaise with external lawyers
  • Prepare board resolutions and corporate documents
  • Support HR, Finance, Procurement on legal matters
