The Project Health Officer leads the planning, implementation, and monitoring of reproductive health interventions at Koloji IDP Camp, coordinating services, managing logistics and finance, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with national and humanitarian standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor reproductive health interventions
- Coordinate SRH, nutrition and WASH services with partners
- Manage logistics, finance and procurement for the project
- Supervise midwife, nurse and LAF assistant
- Ensure compliance with national health standards and humanitarian codes
- Conduct field visits and supervise staff performance
- Prepare regular M&E reports and documentation
- Build partnerships with local authorities and NGOs
- Provide training and capacity building to staff
