About the Role

Support the Project Manager by managing program finances, overseeing human resources activities, and maintaining efficient office operations to ensure smooth project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Process program payments and manage staff advances
  • Reconcile bank and cash transactions
  • Maintain financial records in WINPACCS
  • Prepare financial reports and support audits
  • Handle HR tasks such as attendance, onboarding, recruitment, and employee records
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with donor regulations
