The Assistant Researcher II will support the SHINE project by managing data collection, performing health program evaluations, drafting reports, and contributing to grant writing while collaborating closely with principal investigators and stakeholders in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative health indicators
- Ensure clean datasets with proper documentation and version control
- Support baseline, midline, and endline study designs and methodologies
- Draft concise evidence‑based reports with visuals for stakeholders
- Feed findings back into program design and policy decisions
- Coordinate project activities and maintain systematic records
- Develop SOPs, ToRs, and other technical documents for the scientific team
- Prepare and manage grant writing and submission processes
