Accountant

About the Role

The Accountant will manage day‑to‑day financial operations across manufacturing, coffee roasting, and retail cafes, tracking production costs, reconciling inventory and cash flows, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily financial records across all business divisions using Peachtree Accounting
• Track and analyze manufacturing and coffee roasting production costs including raw materials, labor, and overheads
• Oversee and reconcile inventory data between manufacturing plant, roasting facility, and cafe retail outlets
• Perform daily and monthly bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations ensuring POS data aligns with the main ledger
• Prepare and submit monthly statutory tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Employee Income Tax) in compliance with local regulations
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
