About the Role

The Finance Administrator will strengthen Apex Confectionery PLC’s financial discipline by systemizing processes, implementing ERP solutions, and providing comprehensive reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement finance manuals, policies and ERP systems
  • Digitize inventory and financial processes for real‑time visibility
  • Build dashboards and automated reporting for management
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Provide decision support through financial analysis and scenario planning
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Manage daily cash position and working capital
  • Handle tax filings and liaise with auditors
  • Maintain bank relationships and oversee import documentation
