The Special Need Teacher will create and deliver tailored instructional plans for students requiring special education services, monitor progress, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain detailed documentation to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans for students with special needs
- Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to support student development
- Adapt teaching materials and environments to meet diverse learning needs
