Responsibilities
- Cover company meetings, events, and activities as the lead videographer.
- Plan and execute video shoots including camera setup, lighting, and audio recording.
- Edit event, promotional, documentary, and social media videos.
- Perform post‑production tasks such as color grading, audio editing, motion graphics, and subtitle creation in English and Amharic.
- Deliver high‑quality video content within strict deadlines.
- Maintain proper organization and daily backup of recorded media files.
- Collaborate with management and creative teams to develop video concepts and execute ideas.
- Work flexible hours when required to support company events and production activities.
- Manage the complete video production process from filming to final delivery.
