About the Role

The role involves filming company events, editing promotional and documentary footage, and producing high‑quality videos for various platforms while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Cover company meetings, events, and activities as the lead videographer.
  • Plan and execute video shoots including camera setup, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Edit event, promotional, documentary, and social media videos.
  • Perform post‑production tasks such as color grading, audio editing, motion graphics, and subtitle creation in English and Amharic.
  • Deliver high‑quality video content within strict deadlines.
  • Maintain proper organization and daily backup of recorded media files.
  • Collaborate with management and creative teams to develop video concepts and execute ideas.
  • Work flexible hours when required to support company events and production activities.
  • Manage the complete video production process from filming to final delivery.
