Oversee the bank’s digital banking ecosystem, ensuring all products meet stringent security, quality, and regulatory standards while providing governance, audit oversight, and risk intelligence to support rapid yet compliant growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as final gatekeeper for digital banking releases ensuring security and compliance
- Own testing & release governance framework and UAT processes
- Lead cybersecurity audit program reviewing source code, penetration tests and vulnerability assessments
- Manage regulatory compliance audit calendar against NBE directives and PCI-DSS
- Bridge intelligence between Digital Banking and Risk Management on fraud and cyber threats
- Sign off new product launches and major configuration changes before production deployment
- Produce monthly governance reports for executive leadership
