The Manager oversees the full lifecycle of Amhara Bank’s automated digital lending services, from policy design and risk modeling to workflow optimization and portfolio performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Own conceptualization and operational lifecycle of automated digital lending products
- Develop and refine credit policies, scoring models, and underwriting thresholds
- Lead design and enhancement of STP loan workflows
- Coordinate disbursements and repayments with reconciliation teams
- Drive integration of alternative data sources into credit models
- Manage acquisition and collection sub-teams
- Present monthly performance reports to senior leadership
