About the Role

Senior leadership role responsible for shaping AMG Holdings’ public affairs strategy, cultivating government relationships, and driving stakeholder engagement to support the company’s growth across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public affairs and government relations strategy
• Build relationships with government institutions, regulators, and stakeholders
• Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations
• Lead stakeholder engagement and partnership development
• Oversee stakeholder engagement programs to enhance corporate reputation
• Coordinate land acquisition and investment facilitation activities
• Ensure timely acquisition of permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
• Develop stakeholder mapping and engagement plans
• Lead CSR and ESG initiatives
• Provide strategic advice on political, regulatory, and public policy issues
• Manage corporate reputation and crisis communication
• Supervise Government Relations, Community Relations, and Customer Relationship teams
• Prepare executive reports and policy briefs
