Lead and oversee all human resource functions for Alvima Foods Complex PLC, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, training, labor relations, and compliance within the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, performance management, training and development, succession planning, labor relations, compensation and benefits
- Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct manpower planning and propose organizational structure improvements
- Build relationships with employment agencies, universities and professional societies for recruitment
- Execute recruitment and selection processes
- Implement induction and orientation programs
- Assess training needs and design or manage training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Resolve employee grievances and labor disputes
- Maintain employee documentation systems
- Prepare HR performance reports
- Assist in negotiating and resolving legal disputes
