The Coffee Cupper will carry out laboratory testing and quality assessments of coffee materials and finished goods, interpret results against specifications, and provide recommendations for product release.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non‑routine analyses of in‑process materials, raw materials, samples, finished goods, or stability samples
- Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications and control limits
- Make recommendations on data appropriateness for release
- Perform visual inspections of finished products
- Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses
