About the Role

The Senior Accountant will manage comprehensive financial reporting, reconciliation, audit coordination, and staff supervision to support the pre‑opening of Altera Luxury Living’s serviced‑apartment and hotel‑apartment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure ledger integrity
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Supervise junior accounting staff
  • Analyze financial data for discrepancies and support decision‑making
